Responsibilities:
- Use appropriate scripts for renewal sales calls to existing customers to renew previously purchased products, inform of current promotion and new or updated products, and determine needs for appropriate up sell and cross sell opportunities.
- Call prospects in designated market territory to qualify leads, complete a needs analysis, and explain types of products and services offered where there is a fit.
- Quote prices, secure orders and follow up with customers to ensure proper fulfillment, delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain prospect and customer records and sales activity reports, including daily call/activity reports for general manager.
- Work closely with marketing department to develop sales collateral material to support sales efforts.
- Special projects as assigned by the director of sales and/or general manager.
